Personal background: David Kaufmann is a Postdoctoral researcher at the KPM Center for Public Management, University of Bern. He focuses on policy analysis with a special interest in urban policies, migration policies, and asylum policies. David Kaufmann studied political science (B.A. and M.A.) at the University of Zürich and the University of Lund.
